Jenny Schwenke, President and Developer

 Jenny began her legacy with Express Employment Professionals as a temporary associate during the summers while attending the University of California Davis where she excelled as the captain of the Women's Basketball team, while earning her bachelor's degree in Sociology. Jenny was hired on as a full time employee in1997 in the East Portland office where she put her career on the fast track and held every position in the office, including Branch Manager.  She learned to perfect her leadership skills by managing a full office staff, overseeing 3 major accounts, and leading the East Metro office to become one of the most profitable offices in the Stoller Group system.  That same year Jenny moved on to become the Regional Manager, where she oversaw 3 offices in the west region of Portland.

 n January of 2000, Jenny was promoted again to Vice President and General Manager; overseeing all seven of the corporate offices in the Portland Metro Area under Bill and Cathy Stoller. Jenny set the expectation high from the start and achieved her goals by finding the right people that wanted to become owners and recruiting sales focused leaders who are the “Eagles” we have today.

 Today, Jenny is the President and Developer of Express Employment Professionals, Express Staff Management and Express Specialized Recruiting Group. Her responsibilities include growing and opening new franchises in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, California, Nevada, and Arizona. Her most passionate responsibility is finding the right people and developing them by providing opportunity and vision.  She exemplifies this through self-leadership, personal accountability, positive energy and leading by example!

William H. Stoller, Founder and Vice Chairman

William H. Stoller is founder and vice chairman of Express Services, Inc.  He is also a member of the executive committee, which oversees strategic planning and direction for the company.  As president of The Stoller Group, he owns 26 Express offices in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and California.  Stoller also owns Xenium, a human resource management company; Express Professional Staffing, a professional recruitment and contract staffing company; and ESM Group, Inc., a staffing management company.

Stoller graduated from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon with a bachelor's degree in business and economics.  He obtained a master's degree from Portland State University in business administration.  He has also earned certifications from the American Staffing Association (Certified Staffing Professional), the National Association of Personnel Services (Certified Personnel Consultant), and the International Franchise Association (Certified Franchise Executive).

Stoller is presently Chairman of the American Staffing Association (ASA) and is past chairman of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), another major trade association within the staffing industry.

Stoller began his career with Acme Personnel Services in 1973 as a consultant trainee and subsequently held positions as branch manager, group manager, district manager and regional manager for Oregon and Utah.
